Uh.. the biggest decision for me was the cost and I did a lot of research and found that the care was better. I believe the first time I spoke to Hazel, she got back to me within an hour of my first e-mail. The service from everybody in the company was great. They… they were wonderful. It’s the first time I’ve ever had a doctor come into my room afterwards and chat with me about the procedure and check on me more than once after I’ve had the procedure done so it was nice.

The hotel is very comfortable, the people that work here are very welcoming and the hospital was nice and quiet and the employees that worked there took great care of me. I had a friend come with me. They made sure that she was very comfortable as well, there was always a bed for her to sleep in. They helped to make sure that she had food when she needed it and that she was comfortable, um she had coffee brought to her in the morning, if she needed any blankets or anything like that it was always supplied for her.

I think my destination managers were amazing, very hands on and they made sure that I was comfortable as well as my guest. When I was in the hospital and too under the weather to do anything they made sure that my guest was entertained, they took her out for a walk and kept her company.

Yes, if anybody asked me about the procedure or whether I would recommend it, I would definitely recommend Medical Tourism.”
