Dr. Sandeep Malhotra moved from the USA to India, where he was Director of bariatric surgery for many leading hospitals. He has performed hundreds of bariatric surgeries including Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy and Laparoscopic Gastric Banding. Dr Malhotra is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a US licensed Bariatric Surgeon.

He is also a specialist in advanced Laparoscopic Abdominal Surgery like Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendisectomy, laparoscopic acid reflux surgery, laparoscopic adrenalectomy, laparoscopic nephrectomy (kidney removal), laparoscopic stomach small intestine and colon surgery.

He has to his credit numerous articles in top peer-reviewed journals and has made presentations at national and international meetings.
